Visit by Minister for Business, Scottish Government

On the morning of April 11, 2025, His Excellency Richard Lockhead, the Minister for Business of the Scottish Government, Ms. Catriona Radcliffe, Head of the Scottish Government Office in China, and the leaders of the Scottish Development International APAC and China regions visited the headquarter of Blueocean Wind Group in Shanghai. They were warmly welcomed by Mr. Dou Jianrong, the Chairman of Blueocean Wind Group, and his senior management team. Both sides had a friendly and positive exchange on Blueocean Wind Group's active participation in the supply chain construction of the Scottish offshore wind projects.
